The Quality Policy of KCC

 MISSION

 All departments of our Chamber, in the framework of law and related legislations have an objective, reliable, effective and qualified service understanding. In this respect;

-         To contribute to the improvement of Konya especially in industry and trade life of social-economic aspect and to pioneer to the development of it at the national scale.

-         As a representative of private sector, to represent Konya in national and international area in a best way, to play an effective and active role in the presentation of Turkey in international platforms, to determine and implement effective policies in that direction.

-         As Konya Chamber of Commerce, to adopt the principle of perfection in all initiatives made on behalf of our members province and country.

 VISION

     -         To ensure the expansion of Konya to the abroad more effective, contribute to the development of our region and Turkey,

-         To make our Chamber a consultative institution for our members about the business and economy environment,

-         To maintain and extend our studies in order to ease the integration of our members to the European Union,

-         To inform our members about all kinds of supports and incentives that will be beneficial for them,

-         To be active at the related platforms in order to make the enterprises within the industry and trade of Konya more effective at the economic, social and commercial  policies of Turkey,

-         To pioneer to the all kinds of initiatives that will get forward the city to become a magnet.

-         To improve the satisfaction and education level of personnel consistently and to sustain the studies in this direction,

-         To give our members a service that will  give high utility and to consider the satisfaction of members,

-         To reinforce all our personnel about improving our quality system, to ensure the participation of them to these studies to adopt a management understanding that depends on human factor.
